Refunds are accepted prior to the order being fulfilled/shipped and will be returned to you after reviewing the request (less Stripe/PayPal service fees).
Please contact us right away if you would like to request a refund on your order before it has shipped.
Once your cable has shipped, Onyx Cables does not provide any refunds, returns, or exchanges. Each cable is customized to your requirements and made with precision and tested to fully functional standards prior to shipment. In the event that your cable is defective, please contact us as soon as possible for a warranty claim.
We are not responsible for repairs or damages caused due to misuse or product, accidental or cosmetic damages, or if there are any indications that modifications have been made to the cable by your own doing. Onyx Cables will repair or replace the defective cable within the first 90 days of receiving your product. After the 90 day period, defective cables will be handle on a case-to-case basis where service fees may incur. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Onyx Cables is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. All cables are carefully packaged and also include a tracking number which you can use to track the order. When placing an order, ensure that your shipping address is correct. If you require assistance with changing your address before the order has shipped, please contact us.
