Returns, Refunds and Warranty

Refunds are accepted prior to the order being fulfilled/shipped and will be returned to you after reviewing the request (less Stripe/PayPal service fees).
Please contact us right away if you would like to request a refund on your order before it has shipped.

Once your cable has shipped, Onyx Cables does not provide any refunds, returns, or exchanges. Each cable is customized to your requirements and made with precision and tested to fully functional standards prior to shipment. In the event that your cable is defective, please contact us as soon as possible for a warranty claim.

Onyx Cables are not responsible for repairs or damages caused due to misuse or product, accidental or cosmetic damages, or if there are any indications that modifications have been made to the cable by your own doing. Onyx Cables will repair or replace the defective cable within the first 90 days of receiving your product. After the 90 day period, defective cables will be handle on a case-to-case basis where service fees may incur. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Shipping

Onyx Cables is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. All cables are carefully packaged and also include a tracking number which you can use to track the order. When placing an order, ensure that your shipping address is correct. If you require assistance with changing your address before the order has shipped, please contact us.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Onyx Cables is not responsible for delays that may occur due to customs.

Note: Due to COVID-19, shipping times may be increased and can be slower than the above estimated times.

Turnaround Time

Design Your Own Cables: 5-10 business days (if not stated) or less
Backorders: 3-4 weeks (if not stated) or less
Group Buys: Specified on the Product Page

Group Buys

By joining any Group Buy orders with Onyx Cables, you have acknowledged that the order will be shipped in the timeframe stated on the product page.
Turnaround time can be subject to change, and information will be given to those who have participated in the Group Buy.

If the Group Buy does not meet the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), you will be refunded your order amount (less Stripe/PayPal service fees).

Revisions to your order can be requested until the Group Buy has ended. Onyx Cables will not accept any changes after the Group Buy has concluded.

Cancellations are accepted for Group Buys while it is still live. We do NOT accept cancellations or modifications once it has been closed.
